Had a perfect stay during our visit. Our double room and bed were comfortable. It was fantastic, and employees were really helpful...

The suite was well kept and had air conditioning, with the added bonus of a bathtub in the private bathroom, and it's conveniently located close to Lake Como.

Booked a room with a grand private terrace overlooking lago di como. The hotel was in a central location to the other villages. Moreover, it's next to buses, a museum and the Lake of Como.

A minibar, climate control, and an individual safe in the room and the comfortable bed. Location very close to Menaggio. A lot of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.

Loved the staff - very efficient and attentive but not intrusive. Accommodations were simple but lovely - great view of the lake. Location was amazing - right between many places of interest.

Stayed at the top floor. Did not have connection to WiFi. If you want lack of connectivity here's the place.

This place provides fantastic, roomy accommodations with a large terrace and two bedrooms, along with outstanding service that includes convenient on-site parking.

Felt like we were at home, well equipped apartment with lovely view. In a very pleasant location. Locals were really friendly. Apartment was modern, bright and fresh.

Unfortunately, the location of the building is right next to the main road. This might worry some with regards the traffic noise.

Amazing hotel in a an amazing place.Its wonderful design details all over the site, the wonderful decoration in combination with the lake view, the existence of parking, and affordable price make it unbeatable. Simply select it!!

Hotel such levels needed similar breakfast which was not.

Great location right next to the highway, within walking distance to a ferry port. We also enjoyed hanging out by the lake, which is just 700 feet away from here! 🌞

The place is pretty much an art gallery with the upper floors turned into a boutique aparthotel with breakfast, everything is very tasteful and smart and as far as paying for what you get, you get excellant value for the price. The pictures of our room made it look bigger, but it was fine, not a complaint just an observation.

They need to make sure the telephone numbers that appear on the booking confirmation are the ones they want there, I rang a number they later give as the after hours emergency number when checking in as the confrimation lists it as the phone number, trying to call ahead on the day of arrival. A very minor point and more something for them to consider.

The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. The artwork and decor made the apartment feel like a home.

The staff and accommodations were excellent. The neighborhood is charming. Will return again!!!

Travel light since the location does not have a lift.
